If you or someone you know is struggling, don’t be afraid to reach out. You are not alone and seeking help is totally normal!

Here are different ways to find support:

  1. In case of an emergency in which you or someone you know is suicidal, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255). This number will connect you with a 24hr crisis center.
  2. If you are a student in high school or college, contact a counselor and ask about their free support services.
  3. Do research on support groups in your community or online, which should be available to you at little to no cost. A couple of resources:
  4. Contact your primary health care provider to refer you to a trained mental health professional.

Receiving help can be life changing! Seek treatment to start managing your mental illness and begin to live the happy life you have always wanted. You can do this!
